You may deposit funds into your Account using approved payment methods including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified.
Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. macau5 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000, with higher limits available for VIP players.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), and within 24 hours outside business hours. macau5 reserves the right to conduct security and anti-money laundering checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing. macau5 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (turnover requirement). Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees and flagged for review. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.
You must not use the macau5 Service for any illegal financial transactions, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or tax evasion. All funds deposited must be your own legally obtained money. Corporate, business, or third-party payment methods are not accepted. Using payment methods that do not belong to you will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly dormant account fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. We will notify you via email before applying such fees.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires you to place Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Each game available on macau5 has specific rules governing how it is played, how winnings are calculated, and what constitutes a valid bet. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before playing. Game rules are available within each game interface or upon request from customer support. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the server result, the server result will be deemed correct.

For sports betting, all bets must be placed before the event starts unless specifically marked as live betting. Bets on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events will be void and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours. Settlement of bets is based on official results announced by the governing sports body. macau5 reserves the right to void bets if the outcome is already known at the time of bet placement.

The dealer's decision on game outcomes is final. macau5 is not responsible for connectivity issues, video quality problems, or delays beyond our control. If a game round is interrupted due to technical issues before completion, the bet will be void and refunded.
If your connection to a game is lost during play, the game round will be completed according to the bets already placed. Any winnings will be credited to your Account automatically. You can view the result in your game history after reconnecting.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, macau5, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the 12 months prior to the claim.
macau5 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, government actions, internet service failures, power outages, or labor disputes.
The Service may include games, content, and services provided by third-party suppliers. macau5 is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party content. Any disputes regarding third-party games or services must be directed to the respective provider.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have an active bonus, it will be forfeited upon account closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you must register a new Account if you wish to use the Service again in the future (subject to these Terms).

Upon termination of your Account, you must immediately cease using the Service. Any outstanding balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to macau5. We may withhold funds pending resolution of any disputes or investigations.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
